The Flexi Learn Approach
When students arrive at the 1training Academy in Glasgow, they are assigned their own workstation.
Prior to starting a course, a pre-assessment is given to the student to determine their specific training needs. 1Training will develop a customized and focused training plan for each student. From there, training is done at the pace they are most comfortable, using a comprehensive approach to reinforce learning. This proven process features one-on-one instructor coaching, multimedia online courses, and authorised vendor courseware to ensure proper skill development.
