MCP: Microsoft Certified Professional
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Administration and Maintenance
Introduction
To get any Microsoft Certification, this will be the first stepping stone. You will be a Microsoft Certified Professional once you pass your first examination and until you complete all the required examinations for any other Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE or MCSD. We provide the MCP certification as part of the MCSA/MCSE certification track and can be either resettlement or ELC funded. You can elect to have classroom based instructor led training or choose a distance learning package, either instructor led or self paced. Currently, the MCP credential can be taken with a course in installing, configuring and administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional. You will have to pass examination number 70-270 to become qualified.
